What you'll do

• Lead and mentor QA Managers
• train subcontractors and field teams on quality standards and processes
• monitor inspections for consistent criteria
• analyze QA and warranty data to identify trends
• recommend construction or operational improvements
• ensure consistent use of the Homeowner Guide
• collaborate with Construction, Warranty, Sales, and Municipal teams
• provide feedback to vice presidents
• manage the QA department’s annual budget
• ensure documentation and reporting meet company standards.
