The Winterlights Production Crew role is onsite at the Bradley Estate in Canton, MA, with pay of $16–$18 per hour. The Trustees of Reservations preserves scenic, historic, and ecological properties for public use and enjoyment. The crew helps prepare and operate the seasonal Winterlights event, including installation and setup, visitor admissions and check-in, retail and concessions support, wayfinding, safety monitoring, and facility upkeep. The event showcases holiday lights at Trustees properties and supports visitor experiences at the Bradley Estate.

What you'll do

• Help plan and install lights, sets, and decorative displays
• stock supplies and prepare the property for visitors
• support admissions, check-in, retail, concessions, and wayfinding
• conduct safety patrols and monitoring
• help keep facilities clean and functioning.
