What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, feeding, hydration, and personal hygiene. Observe and report changes in health or behavior to the nursing team
• provide medication reminders and monitor for adverse reactions
• encourage social engagement
• maintain safe, clean living areas
• follow infection-control protocols and respond to emergencies using established procedures.
