What you'll do

• Develop the overall marketing strategy and annual plan
• set calendars, budgets, KPIs, and performance expectations
• lead Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Copywriting functions
• develop retail customer programs and sales materials
• oversee digital channels and performance
• own brand voice and copy standards
• coordinate product and customer launches
• establish campaign measures
• report performance and recommendations to leadership
• coach and develop the marketing team.
