What you'll do

• Lead and coach Club Managers and Assistant Managers
• set goals and accountability standards
• visit clubs and review operations, staffing, sales, member feedback, training, maintenance, and financial performance
• ensure safety, cleanliness, service, and company-policy compliance
• support hiring, onboarding, development, and succession planning.
