• Lead and improve master data processes

• correct discrepancies
• develop data standards and governance practices
• troubleshoot complex data issues
• support ERP and enterprise system integration and data modeling
• collaborate with business units
• train and guide junior analysts
• produce data quality reports, KPIs, and dashboards
• lead or participate in data projects.
