The auditor represents the hotel throughout guests’ stays, handling arrivals, reservations, requests, and checkout while maintaining accurate guest accounts and shift records. The role helps ensure a smooth overnight operation and a courteous guest experience during the 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. shift.

What you'll do

• Register guests and assign rooms
• accommodate special requests
• maintain vacancy, reservation, and room-assignment inventory
• make and manage reservations and cancellations
• answer and direct calls
• balance guest accounts, credit cards, and cash drawer
• upsell rooms and amenities
• resolve complaints
• protect guest privacy
• communicate across shifts and departments
• document incidents and shift information.
