What you'll do

• Design and roll out operational processes, documentation, training, and adoption reviews
• own cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation and handoff
• manage headcount planning and demand/supply forecasting
• develop knowledge-management practices
• prioritize operational process gaps
• map business data workflows and resolve cross-team gaps
• translate executive decisions into initiatives with owners and timelines
• identify operational risks
• partner with Finance on program economic models
• represent business-operations capacity in program planning
• lead cross-functional working sessions
• and prepare analysis for budget reviews, board updates, and investor reporting as requested.
