Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Springfield, IL, with pay of $32–$35 per hour. The position is in Nolan Living’s Operations department and reports to the Property Manager. The role helps keep the community in good condition and supports residents and team members through timely maintenance and service.

What you'll do

• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff
• participate in after-hours on-call coverage
• manage inventory, purchasing, and job estimates
• ensure make-ready units and work orders are completed promptly
• monitor supplies, replacements, and capital expenses against budget
• maintain logs and documentation
• provide customer service
• support staffing decisions
• perform hands-on maintenance and repairs as needed.
