What you'll do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and preference assessments
• develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• supervise and guide Registered Behavior Technicians
• collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• maintain session notes and clinical documentation
• participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development.
