What you'll do

• Set up and operate Studer CNC cylindrical grinders for OD and ID grinding
• write programs to meet print requirements
• maintain exacting tolerances
• identify and resolve machine malfunctions or quality defects
• perform shop math
• select tooling for efficiency
• read process sheets and mechanical drawings
• maintain a clean work area
• true up grinding wheels.
