What you'll do

• Prepare detailed structural concrete estimates
• perform quantity takeoffs and calculate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• evaluate risks, scope gaps, and cost impacts
• identify value engineering opportunities
• prepare proposals, bid packages, and cost breakdowns
• coordinate pricing and review subcontractor proposals
• assist with buyout and procurement
• collaborate on sequencing and phasing
• maintain estimating records and align estimates with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
