What you'll do

• Coordinate and manage clinical support staff, workflows, and activities
• oversee care provided by clinical support staff
• initiate efforts to improve clinical staff quality and skills
• lead staff to provide efficient, safe, timely, patient-sensitive care
• work with physicians on nursing-department practice
• ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
