The Childcare Provider – Applied Behavior Analysis role is onsite in Omaha, NE, providing in-home or center-based services. Compensation is $18–$25 per hour. Above and Beyond Therapy provides paid training toward becoming a Registered Behavioral Technician and supports children with autism and their families. The role provides direct one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to help children develop behavioral, daily living, and other developmental skills. The provider follows individualized programs written by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst, records session data, and collaborates with peers and supervisors.

What you'll do

• Provide direct one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in home or clinic settings
• implement individualized treatment plans and programs written by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• collect data and submit session notes
• collaborate with peers and supervisors
• participate in staff meetings and training
• commute between locations and arrive promptly for appointments.
