What you'll do

• Maintain and review patient charts
• answer calls and interact professionally with patients
• greet patients
• manage schedules with front- and back-office staff
• verify insurance coverage
• collect payments and reconcile cash reports
• prepare prescriptions
• present treatment plans and explain patient costs and insurance benefits
• educate patients
• prepare and submit dental claims.
