What you'll do

• Arrive promptly for 4:00 AM shifts
• prepare raw chicken according to procedures
• put away and rotate deliveries using FIFO
• set up the steam table
• prepare sauces and other items
• follow recipes and food-safety procedures
• assist guests with orders and questions
• clean and sanitize restaurant areas
• follow cost-control and uniform standards.
