What you'll do

• Monitor and check on assigned residents
• observe, report, and document changes in condition
• respond to resident call bells
• assist with continence care, meals, room cleanliness, and activities of daily living
• support life-enrichment activities
• assist with medication observation and documentation under the medication record process
• report medication concerns to the nurse or health care coordinator
• restock medication carts and record vital signs.
