What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate
• respond to incidents, alarms, service disruptions, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities, offices, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas
• monitor restricted-area access and verify visitor and contractor authorization
• maintain logs and document incidents, observations, and patrols.
