The Line Cook role is onsite in Riverdale, GA. Compensation is $14–$16 per hour. This Is It! BBQ and Seafood seeks cooks to prepare meals and contribute to the guest experience. The cook prepares menu items to company recipes and standards, maintains kitchen stations, and follows food-safety and portion-control procedures. The role supports timely, consistent meal service through organized teamwork and a clean, safe kitchen.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations
• follow grilling, frying, food-safety, and portion-control procedures
• keep orders moving through the line
• monitor cooking equipment and food quality
• maintain a clean and safe work environment
• work with the team to deliver accurate meals
• follow menu, guest-check, and order procedures.
