What you'll do

• Manage an IOP and outpatient caseload
• provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches
• complete biopsychosocial assessments and ASAM-based level-of-care determinations
• develop and update treatment plans
• address co-occurring conditions and coordinate with medical and outside providers
• lead psychoeducational and process groups
• conduct risk assessments and respond to clinical crises under agency protocols
• document progress and discharge summaries
• participate in treatment-team meetings and utilization review
• develop discharge and aftercare plans
• maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
