Vocational Job Coach

What you'll do

• Supervise and support individuals at employment sites
• communicate with workplace supervisors and participants about progress
• document employment-plan objectives and prepare progress reports
• maintain case, service-hour, and billing records
• support health and safety
• foster employer relationships
• provide transportation when necessary
• prepare vocational assessments
• attend requested meetings.
