The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) – Center for Autism is an onsite role based in Flint, MI. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the Hope Network Behavioral Health clinical team in delivering high-quality ABA services. This role provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, the BCaBA supports individualized treatment programming, analyzes learner progress, and coaches Behavior Technicians.
What you'll do
- Support the development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
- Collect, analyze, and monitor learner data to evaluate progress and support treatment decisions.
- Assist with behavioral assessments and clinical programming.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to Behavior Technicians.
- Support staff training and development related to ABA principles.
- Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
- Participate in parent meetings, treatment team meetings, and other clinical meetings.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, families, and other professionals.
- Communicate learner progress and treatment recommendations.
- Complete clinical documentation, data collection, and other required documentation accurately and timely.
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, Michigan licensure requirements, HIPAA, and Hope Network policies.
