What you'll do

• Welcome walk-in customers
• help patients and caregivers select equipment and supplies
• demonstrate products and explain features and use
• recommend complementary products when appropriate
• answer questions about availability, insurance coverage, and reimbursement
• verify benefits and collect documentation
• maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance
• enter customer information and orders
• prepare delivery and billing paperwork
• coordinate with Billing, Delivery, Technicians, and Sales
• process payments and maintain account records
• support showroom organization, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and inventory counts.
