What you'll do

• Climb towers to install, replace, and troubleshoot wireless equipment
• independently run tower-top work and lead the tower crew
• use capstan hoists, gin poles, and testing equipment
• learn and perform sweep, PIM, fiber, and voltage testing
• follow DOT regulations and scopes of work
• complete tasks to support timely project delivery.
