Accounts Receivable Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage invoicing, collections, credit management, and cash applications
• monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
• establish and maintain credit policies, payment terms, and collection procedures
• reconcile ledgers and resolve discrepancies
• communicate with customers about invoices and payments
• collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance
• prepare reports, metrics, forecasts, and monthly reporting
• identify process improvements
• support and coordinate AR staff
• maintain accurate customer and payment records.
