What you'll do

• Provide advanced hardware, software, and system troubleshooting
• resolve escalated Level I tickets
• mentor Level I support agents
• record, troubleshoot, escalate, and follow up on support matters
• improve support documentation
• assist with hardware and software inventory, equipment tracking, retrieval, and license compliance
• install and deploy workstations and mobile devices
• maintain accurate work logs
• provide after-hours end-user, network, and infrastructure support
• travel to company locations to support users and infrastructure.
