What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day janitorial operations across multiple client sites
• schedule, supervise, and support janitorial staff
• conduct site inspections and quality-control walkthroughs
• communicate with clients and resolve issues
• manage supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
• ensure OSHA safety compliance and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
• train and onboard team members
• coordinate with staff, supervisors, leads, subcontractors, and clients.
