Estimator and Production Specialist

The Estimator and Production Specialist role is an onsite, full-time position in Harrisonburg, VA. Compensation is $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience. Venture Builders serves the Shenandoah Valley with remodeling and construction projects designed around clients’ needs. The role connects estimating, sales, design, and production by preparing accurate project estimates and ensuring complete information and resources are ready for production. It coordinates materials and subcontractors so remodeling projects can move forward in an organized way.

What you'll do

• Prepare and review estimates for residential remodeling projects
• obtain and incorporate labor, material, subcontractor, and other project pricing
• revise estimates and prepare proposals, allowances, and change orders as needed
• enter approved project information into contracts and JobTread
• maintain accurate project documentation
• coordinate material orders, deliveries, and subcontractor schedules
• follow up on outstanding quotes, orders, and commitments
• communicate changes and potential delays to relevant team members.
