What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff
• oversee staffing, scheduling, performance management, onboarding, and training
• handle escalated member concerns and support account, product, and lending inquiries
• oversee daily branch operations and monitor performance indicators
• review reports and implement improvements
• approve exceptions and adjustments within authority limits
• ensure policy and regulatory compliance
• oversee security, cash controls, and facility needs
• provide after-hours support for urgent needs when required.
