Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Foot Lab

Evaluates and treats patients of all ages, modifying plan of care as appropriate. Designs and implements appropriate plan of care. Educates patients, family, caregivers, students, and other healthcare providers. Evaluates clinical findings to determine physical therapy diagnoses and outcomes.
