What you'll do

• Conduct skills and functional behavior assessments
• develop and implement individualized teaching programs and positive behavior intervention plans
• analyze client data and adjust treatment plans
• supervise, train, and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians
• coordinate interventions with families and professionals across home, school, and clinic settings
• coordinate insurance reviews and authorizations
• manage client and technician schedules as needed
• maintain training and performance records.
