The Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, with a Monday–Friday full-time schedule. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour based on credentials and experience. The Learning Experience – Cimarron Hills is building a professional, supportive team focused on high-quality early childhood education. The teacher supports children ages 12–36 months through nurturing care, consistent routines, and engaging learning experiences, contributing to children’s development and a positive experience for families.

What you'll do

• Create a safe, clean, engaging classroom
• actively supervise children and maintain required teacher-to-child ratios
• follow health, safety, sanitation, and licensing procedures
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum and daily routines
• support social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development
• communicate with families and team members
• maintain classroom records
• collaborate with teaching partners and center leadership. CPR/First Aid certification, CDA or early childhood coursework, and other listed credentials may be obtained as specified.
