What you'll do

• Plan and facilitate lifestyle programs and special events
• prepare and distribute the monthly activity calendar and community newsletter
• build partnerships with outside organizations
• oversee resident-facing technology
• supervise Activities Coordinators
• maintain regulatory compliance
• monitor participation and satisfaction
• manage the Celebrations department budget and supplies
• oversee community transportation schedules and vehicle safety
• drive community vehicles to transport residents as needed.

Why this role

Requires three to five years of lifestyle programming or resident services experience and at least two years of supervisory or management experience. Associate degree preferred; valid driver’s license and ability to meet company vehicle requirements required. Schedule includes Manager on Duty hours and on-call emergency situations.
