What you'll do

• Help customers find parts and products using catalogs and computer systems
• take detailed custom orders and build products to customer specifications
• cut, measure, and assemble components using shop tools and equipment
• enter sales, pricing, inventory, and special orders
• prepare orders and follow up on special orders and pickups
• maintain inventory accuracy and flag discrepancies
• receive, tag, and route returns and defective items
• keep shelves and customer areas organized.
