What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• complete check-ins and check-outs and manage reservations
• process room charges, purchases, fees, credit card authorizations, and cash transactions
• answer questions and resolve concerns
• explain the loyalty program and amenities
• handle calls and messages
• complete shift documentation
• assist with laundry, supplies, coffee bar, common-area cleaning, walkthroughs, and guest requests
• communicate maintenance and operational concerns.
