On-Site Engineer — IT Support

What you'll do

• Provide walk-up, phone, and ticket-based support
• deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, printers, and other equipment
• manage hardware lifecycle tasks
• administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID accounts, licenses, access, and security requests
• troubleshoot application, device, and connectivity issues
• support switches, wireless access points, and basic firewall configurations
• maintain IT documentation, asset records, and system configurations.
