What you'll do

• Continuously monitor and assess critically ill patients and respond to changes
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• operate and troubleshoot ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors
• collaborate on individualized care plans
• document care and maintain medical records
• support patients and families through communication
• participate in emergency response, including code blue events
• maintain a safe ICU environment and follow infection-control policies.
