What you'll do

• Lead housing stability and aftercare program implementation
• translate organizational priorities, grant requirements, and city initiatives into procedures and measurable practices
• monitor housing stability, retention, service connections, and engagement outcomes
• represent City Care in community collaboration meetings
• support compliance, reporting, audits, quality improvement, budgets, and staffing
• supervise and develop Housing Stability Advocates
• guide referrals, follow-up, and resident support.
