Account Executive – Long-Term Care Pharmacy

The Account Executive – Long-Term Care Pharmacy role is onsite in Morton Grove, IL, with a stated base salary of $55,000–$65,000 per year. SpecialtyRx provides pharmacy services to long-term care facilities and assisted living communities and is expanding into Cook County. The Account Executive serves as a liaison between the pharmacy and client facilities, maintaining relationships and addressing operational needs. Facility visits, medication audits, and coordination with pharmacy staff support client satisfaction and regulatory readiness.

What you'll do

• Schedule and perform routine facility visits
• respond to client inquiries
• understand and address facility needs
• collaborate with pharmacy staff to resolve concerns
• audit medication and treatment carts and medication boxes for par levels, expiration compliance, and proper seals
• build relationships with facility administrators and directors of nursing
• and support satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
