What you'll do

• Handle cybersecurity and data privacy incident response
• analyze state, federal, and international data breach and privacy laws
• draft breach notices and crisis communications
• respond to regulatory investigations
• oversee forensic investigations and third-party vendors for e-discovery, data mining, and notification projects
• advise clients on notification obligations
• communicate with clients, senior management, and IT staff
• prepare reports and legal budgets.
