What you'll do

• Provide executive administrative support to the Director of Sales, including calendar management and travel coordination
• support sales operations, customer requests, quotes, and follow-up
• maintain customer, quote, opportunity, and sales information in Epics
• track opportunities from lead through delivery
• coordinate customer requirements across departments
• gather quotation details
• prepare sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and pipeline information
• analyze sales data
• coordinate onboarding from RFQ through first shipment.
