What you'll do

• Support benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, compensation, talent and performance management, payroll support, and employment law compliance
• lead cross-functional projects
• conduct objective workplace investigations
• provide HR guidance on employee relations, organizational development, talent acquisition, and performance management
• support succession planning.
