What you'll do

• Greet service guests
• direct them to Service Advisors or the waiting area
• assist with check-in and appointment verification
• park, retrieve, and stage vehicles
• manage vehicle flow
• assist guests as needed
• maintain service-drive, waiting-area, and loaner-vehicle cleanliness
• provide shuttle service to approved destinations
• communicate vehicle, facility, or safety concerns
• follow dealership safety and vehicle-handling procedures.
