Lead Maintenance Technician, Residential Property

Job overview

The Lead Maintenance Technician, Residential Property role is onsite in Gilbert, AZ. Pay is $26–$27 per hour. The position supports property maintenance for Trinity Management Company. The technician completes inspections, service requests, apartment turns, repairs, and pool care to maintain the property and prepare units for move-in. The role also communicates with residents and supervisors, supports safety and compliance, and may train maintenance technicians.

What you'll do

• Complete service requests and prioritize work orders
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, pools, electrical and irrigation systems, painting, and carpentry
• complete apartment turns before scheduled move-ins
• maintain vehicles, equipment, tools, and common areas
• respond to emergency calls within 15 minutes when working on-call
• communicate with residents and supervisors
• follow safety and fair housing requirements.
