What you'll do

• Prepare weekly payroll by reviewing and approving time and preparing HRIS upload spreadsheets
• track fixed-price job progress and billing
• prepare weekly invoices for hourly jobs
• maintain weekly equipment location information
• maintain knowledge of utility customer contract billing terms
• enter employee changes in HRIS
• file and mail documents.
