What you'll do

• Provide prevention services, social-emotional support, case management, crisis counseling, and psychoeducational groups
• assess needs and strengths and develop care plans
• provide individual and family counseling
• coordinate crisis intervention and referrals
• collaborate with academic staff and community providers
• and document progress, assessments, and transition plans.
