What you'll do

• Maintain resident care in a clean and safe environment
• develop and ensure nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• make nursing diagnoses
• collaborate with residents and healthcare team members
• record medication administration
• monitor assigned staff for compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• and follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
