Residential Care Team Lead (7 a.m. & 7 p.m. Shifts)

The Residential Care Team Lead works onsite in Rock Hill, SC, supporting residents ages 13–20 in a residential cottage. Compensation is $20 per hour. Children’s Attention Home provides trauma-informed, evidence-based residential care and services for youth and families. The Team Lead provides shift-based leadership to support safe, consistent daily operations and high-quality care. The role guides teammates, coordinates routines and coverage, responds to crises using approved trauma-informed techniques, and works with care coordinators, social workers, and residential staff to support residents’ treatment and independent-living goals.

What you'll do

• Lead the cottage during assigned shifts and guide teammates
• ensure schedules, routines, and activities are followed and adapted
• assist with staffing coordination
• respond to, assess, de-escalate, and document crises and critical incidents
• support intake as a secondary team member
• collaborate on therapeutic activities and outings
• oversee medication distribution according to training and policy
• provide direct supervision and care
• document resident progress.
