What you'll do

• Oversee guest service operations as person in charge
• assist guests with questions, purchases, store charges, and special orders
• ensure compliance with check-cashing, refund, store-charge, WIC, EBT, alcohol, and tobacco policies
• support service and labor objectives
• maintain guest-service areas
• provide input on associate performance and department conditions
• assign and follow through on tasks in the GSM’s absence
• assist with associate training and development.
