What you'll do

• Define and implement territory commercial strategy
• develop the distribution network and key distributor accounts
• lead field business development and product launches
• manage commercial performance using CRM and performance tools
• ensure customer service
• lead and develop Regional Managers and commercial teams
• oversee recruitment, development, performance management, and retention
• hold territory P&L responsibility
• coordinate with other functions
• oversee budgeting and forecasts
• identify performance gaps and corrective actions
• represent TIMAC AGRO with local stakeholders.
